Orientation of students in universities is considered a key factor that affects academic and professional paths. Indeed, many institutional political discourse highlights the importance “orientation” at University as palliative failure. However, Morocco, guidance procedures are based essentially on performance alone. This paper will present literature review “University guidance” qualitative study with 30 from public school civil engineers Casablanca. work focuses exploring various helpful factors which may improve guidance.
